Appointment Procedures
Initial appointments
In order to secure your initial consultation a holding fee of $100 is required at the time of booking. This amount of $100 is credited to your account and any private insurance concessions are applied on the day of your appointment. If you would like to cancel your appointment, a full refund is issued to you if you provide 48 hours notice. Radiographic imaging (full spine), if assessed as required: $185.00
This procedure has been put into place to ensure that initial appointments, in which a large portion of time is booked out with the doctor, aren't cancelled or rescheduled without appropriate notice and to allow patients on a waiting list to be contacted.
Payment Methods

Cash, Visa, Mastercard and HICAPS facilities (for private health insurance processing) are all accepted payments.
Medicare (CDM/EPC) TAC, Workcover & HICAPS
Workcover and TAC all accepted. For Workcover and TAC, we ask that patients pay on the day, and we will issue you with a claimable receipt. Patients with private health insurance can use HICAPS to claim their health rebate on the spot.
We accept WorkCover, TAC, DVA and Medicare (CDM/EPC) patients.
All WorkSafe and TAC treatments are to be paid on the day of service and are charged at the same rate as private paying patients. Receipts can be submitted to the relevant authority for reimbursement.
